Harmony Place- Muscatine, Iowa

Located at 3016 W. Fulliam Street, Harmony Place is a 5,000 square-foot, five-bedroom house that has been built to provide a home environment and serve residents who are considered to be "medically fragile".

Harmony Place was completed in May 2008.

Highlights

Harmony Place features a large open living area with a kitchen, dining room and common area.  There is also a three-season room, multi-purpose room, laundry room and patio.

Harmony Place also features a lift system.  This is a track that runs throughout the house enabling caregivers to put the residents into a sling and move them with ease from room to room.

Harmony Place is the second home for the medically fragile in Iowa. Frye Builders & Associates, Inc. is honored to have been a part of this life-changing community project.
